Company Description

The Learning Hustle was founded by Daija Piper, who experienced the gap in education between counties with a large minority population and those without. After struggling to catch up, she was determined to lessen the gap so that all students can have access to quality education. The Learning Hustle is a volunteer-based organization that provides online tutoring services to students in need.


Role Description

We are looking for Admin and Assistants to join our team. This is a remote volunteer role that involves providing tutoring services to students in need. The Admin/Aassistant will be responsible for helping our tutors with their roles and providing additional support when needed.


Qualifications

  • Ability to work with students of all ages and backgrounds
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant teaching or tutoring experience
  • Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies
  • Knowledge of online tutoring platforms and tools
  • Patience and understanding
