Vice President Of Strategic Operations

Equip is a virtual program helping families recover from eating disorders at home with comprehensive, gold-standard care created by experts in the field and people in recovery. Equip’s five-person care teams include dietitians, physicians, therapists, and mentors who deliver wrap-around support to provide families healing and lasting recovery.
We created Equip to increase access to evidence-based treatment for all people affected by eating disorders. As the Vice President of Strategic Operations,, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing Equip’s clinical & care delivery operational performance and strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer & Chief Operating Officer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Care Delivery, Clinical Operations, Clinical Programs, Risk & Compliance, Practice Management, Finance, Technology, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of our corporate strategies and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline and optimize internal processes and workflows, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Own the development and implementation of Equip’s Clinical strategy and roadmap, including the Clinical P&L, X, Y & Z
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance productivity and achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to drive informed decision-making.
• Implement performance metrics and KPIs to assess and improve the company's operational performance continuously.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Financial Management:
• Oversee financial performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to support business sustainability and growth.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Identify and execute on opportunities for improvement, restructuring, innovation, and growth, ensuring operational excellence while maintaining clinical outcomes a top priority
• Operational Excellence:
• Strategic Planning and Implementation:
• Provide leadership and support to the operational teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

• Mentor and develop key talent within the organization, promoting professional growth and building a strong leadership pipeline.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in strategic operations, business operations, healthcare consulting, or management roles within the health technology or healthcare industry
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
• Track record of successfully leading teams and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.-
