BlueTeamis looking for a driven and motivatedVice President of Sales& Marketingwho will be responsible for ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, deployment, and management of all sales& marketing personnel and strategies.This role will build, mentor and train teams to drive revenue by finding new clients, growing existing clients as well as build marketing plans to support the overall company’s goals.


This role requires a high degree of communication skills and the ability to foster and grow cooperation amongst several departments throughout the sales cycle. Highly disciplined and organized, self-starter who can understand and break down complex client structures and organizations to create clear trackable targets and utilize relations between major clients to expand relationships.


What You’ll Do….


  • Influence the entire company to be a Sales First and Customer Service Oriented Organization
  • Develop& manage the Customer Service Department including KPI’s, tracking projects, and deliverables to proactively identify issues.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to align with company and organizational goals and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service experience
  • Drive mapping of client organizations by the Sales Team
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
  • Drive customer engagement and maximize client penetration via proper assignment of sales team to clients
  • Create and track metrics on Operations Sales Team
  • Direct management of National Sales Team, including Business Development Managers, Client Liaisons, Account Managers, Customer Service, and Account Development teams
  • Possess a professional background consisting ofdirect responsibility to sales management and growth, andto developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Manage relationships with assigned customers including managing client on-boarding implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage account relationships, contract negotiations, sales, pricing, billing, and logistics
  • Train and mentor new sales team members as well as sales administrator/coordinator support team
  • Manage CRM program, administrative functions, reporting, KPI’s, and metrics
  • Utilize CRM system to generate reports to monitor the activities of the Sales Team, effectiveness, and customer growth over time

  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or 5 to10 years in sales to direct clients in commercial property ownership and or management with portfolios in excess of 100 properties throughout the United States; or 5 years in a VP or higher role
