Job Description

Responsible for strategic development and oversight management of all sales and marketing related programs and initiatives for the Corporation with the primary goal of driving revenue growth. Will also have direct regional oversight over a smaller group of communities.


Essential Functions:

  • Assists in the recruitment of sales and marketing personnel at both the Corporate and community levels.
  • Community Outreach Programs
  • Quarterly marketing planning per community
  • Data analysis and reporting metrics
  • Competitive analysis
  • Lead tracking system
  • Branding, positioning and messaging
  • Mystery shop program
  • HRA Website
  • Development and implementation of effective and measurable field sales training programs.
  • Accountable for overseeing and driving marketing initiatives for the Corporation including:
  • Owns sales initiatives for the Corporation including:
  • Lead generation initiatives including search engine optimization and social media networking
  • Marketing collateral and tools
  • Effective pricing strategies
  • Assists in the preparation of annual budgets and business plans for each property.

Non-Essential Functions:

  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts.
  • Possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions through data analysis.
  • Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in a mathematical form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Willingness to work beyond normal working hours, and in other positions temporarily.

Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have, as minimum, five (5) years experience in a senior leadership role managing sales and marketing initiatives at a Corporate level.
