As Vice President of Sales at Zeno Office Solutions, Inc., A Xerox Company, you are responsible for leadership, profitability, growth, and direction of our region. You are responsible to plan and develop, implement, and execute a sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals. You will manage all aspects of the sales function that includes sales incentives, outsides sales, new hires, and sales training. You will rely on your extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

Our Vice President of Sales must reside in Tampa, Florida.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to mentor and develop the sales managers/ leaders
  • Responsible for developing business plans that include goals, objectives and strategies that ensure budget attainment of sales goals, margins, and direct selling expenses to meet profit goals
  • Ability to develop and grow the skills of the sales team
  • Direct all aspects of achieving sales objectives, market share growth and initiatives
  • Serves as an articulate, passionate, and visible executive leader
  • Responsible for employee retention, hiring, and development of sales team
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are communicated and implemented
  • May assist team in preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume for products, services and solutions provided
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding individual salespeople's activities / performance and sales forecasts
  • Build key customer relationships (external and internal) and implement strategies for expanding the client base
  • Responsible for all aspects of the sales functions within their location
  • Control expenses

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all sales managers and their assigned salespeople
  • Regularly meets with Sales Leadership on individual as well as team performance
  • Responsible for the development and career progression of current team
  • Effectively communicates and provides insights to each individual's progress, development and opportunities for improvement
  • Leads and directs the work of others

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 10 years of field sales management experience
  • Direct B2B sales experience in our industry is preferred but others will be considered
