As our Vice President of Marketing, you’ll head up our organization, overseeing all aspects of our strategy & delivery. In this highly visible role, you’ll set the strategic vision, shape Zilliant's brand identity and drive our success across product marketing, digital content, partner engagement & events.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and implement Zilliant’s marketing plan to position the company as a category leader and driving incremental pipeline growth.
• Manage the marketing team budget and continuously seek opportunities to further optimize resources and relationships.
• Work collaboratively across the organization to develop, implement, track and optimize marketing efforts and campaigns.
• Oversee, coach and develop the marketing team.
• Serve as a strategic partner for internal communications and change management efforts, in partnership with the CEO and HR team.
• Partner with Product to build effective initiatives that establish Zilliant’s value proposition and support product launches.
• Managed the brand’s identity, increasing awareness, and ensuring a consistent, positive image.
• Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, driving top of funnel growth.

Who You Are:

• An innovative and strategic marketing professional with 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading forward-thinking marketing initiatives
• An effective collaborator who knows how to respectfully drive towards action and align others to new strategies
• A thoughtful leader, dynamic communicator, and analytical operator with a strong business mind

What You’ll Need:

• Expertise with various marketing technologies and systems (ex: Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Hubspot)
• Strong understanding of content and product marketing, and how the two work together
• 5+ years of experience driving sales activity in the software / SaaS space; experience in the pricing, revenue optimization, and/or revenue management space is a huge plus
• High EQ and track record of building a fun, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience
• Exceptional data skills with fluency across marketing and financial metrics with the ability tell a story with data
