1. Must possess thorough knowledge and demonstrated expertise in hospital and ambulatory operations, normally acquired through the completion of a Master's degree in health, nursing or business-related field.
2. Five (5) years of relevant healthcare administrative experience at the senior management level, including significant interaction with Board and Medical Staff is required.
3. Board certification in healthcare management (FACHE) preferred.
4. Demonstrated performance analysis, presentation, interpersonal, facilitation, planning, and communication skills are required.
5. Advanced computer skills and proficiency are required.
6. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple and diverse points of view to facilitate a successful and positive outcome is required.
7. Demonstrated understanding of the transition between strategic development and operational implementation is required.
8. Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change is required.
9. Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required.
10. Demonstrated team building and consensus-seeking skills are required.
Pay Range ($101.65 - $152.47)
