Job Description

Our organization, a leading provider of integrated payment solutions with over three decades of success, is seeking a VP of Client Services. This role will report to the Chief Technology and Operating Officer and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to support our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team performance and implement necessary changes
  • Maintain high-quality service delivery by implementing best practices
  • Collaborate with product and IT teams
  • Develop training programs
  • Oversee escalated case resolution
  • Lead various teams including customer service, technical support, sales support, training, and deployment
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Ability to analyze performance data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to inspire teams
  • Extensive experience in client services leadership
