As our SVP, Marketing, you will be responsible for all marketing strategy and operations for our global portfolio of products and brands. You will build and lead a high-performing department of 20+ employees in three core teams (ecommerce, performance marketing, and growth marketing) responsible for driving revenue, ROI, brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention. Our ideal candidate has years of experience managing marketing budgets in excess of $20 million per year.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site position working at our new office location: 11 E 44th St, 6th Fl, New York, NY 10017.
Responsibilities:
- Develop competitive online pricing based on provided guidelines and drive the development of pricing strategies and models
- Build and lead a high-performing and efficient department of 20+ members from VPs to Specialists; implement KPIs for the entire marketing function, each subteam and individual position to ensure continuous growth and optimization
- Identify potential customer profiles and adapt the pricing strategy to expand the customer base
- Achieve thorough understanding of the market and customer behavior through market research studies and analysis, provide in-depth strategic insights to the executive management team and CEO
- Provide performance reports on a regular basis to the executive management team and CEO
- Implement marketing automation tools and technologies to optimize marketing processes, track and analyze marketing performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Own and coordinate all aspects of the company marketing and advertising including but not limited to forecasting and variances, planning, performance reporting, revenue growth for Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, and Growth Marketing
- Cultivate and demonstrate a high-performance culture within the marketing department and across wider business
- Own and oversee the performance of Ecommerce (company websites, 3rd party ticketing platforms), Performance Marketing (PPC, SEO, Social), and Growth Marketing (Email, Affiliate, PR, Reputation Management, Advertising, and other channels)
- Work closely with Product, Creative, and Engineering to drive a shared roadmap, build and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products and features, and achieve revenue growth
- Establish stories of our various brands and develop a long-term scalable brand marketing strategy based on business goals, with a focus on revenue growth
- Drive the fusion of a strategic, long-term vision with practical short-term marketing tactics and measurements of KPIs
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives
Requirements:
- Extremely revenue oriented, highly analytical, data driven, and tech savvy
- Exceptional communication, project and change management skills
- At least 12 years of experience in a senior leadership role (Director, VP, and above) in a high-growth environment
- Extensive experience in driving revenue growth, especially in ecommerce, through multi-channel marketing (PPC, SEO, social, email, advertising, affiliate, PR, events, loyalty program, brand reputation, etc.)
- Thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
- A proven track record of building and leading successful marketing teams of 20+ members managing a portfolio of brands

Compensation:
Base salary 250k - 300k plus bonus
