Responsibilities:

- Drive the design and architecture of our AI-powered real estate platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on our platform and recommending adoption when appropriate.
- Ensure high-quality code standards, efficient development processes, and effective project management practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, learning, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within software engineering, preferably in AI-driven startups or companies developing innovative solutions.
- Strong technical background in AI, machine learning, and data-driven applications. Familiarity with real estate technology is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing engineering teams, driving technical excellence, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in modern software development practices, languages, and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
