Seeking an VP of Sales to lead and inspire a team across a substantial North American region for an established K-12 EdTech who drive technology access and better learning outcomes for students.


Responsibilities:

  • Performance: Monitor metrics, meet targets, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Relations: Build strong customer and partner relationships, collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Leadership: Mentor Sales Directors, handle challenges, and promote teamwork.
  • Process: Optimize sales processes, leverage tools, enhance customer experience.
  • Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, inform sales strategies.
  • Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans for market expansion and revenue growth.


Skills:

  • Mentoring: Develop teams, problem-solving.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills.
  • Sales: Drive pipeline, metrics, and ethics.
  • Tools: CRM, ERP, BI/Analytics experience.
  • Leadership: 5+ years in K12 vertical, managing large teams, $400M revenue.
  • Location: Reside regionally, open to travel.
