The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC), provides Small Animal primary care and urgent care services and Equine sports medicine, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging services. The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for coordinating daily activity of patients, directing communications with clients during their visit, answering phones, and processing payments. This individual may assist with loading and unloading equine patients and must possess horse handling skills and experience.

Available Shifts:
Varying shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm. Some weekend shifts required (with shift differential). May require working holidays (with premium pay).
This position is considered essential personnel and requires a post-offer health assessment.
$17.00 - $20.00 / hourly; Competitive salary based on education and experience
Client Service Representative I: High school diploma or equivalent and one year relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience
Client Service Representative II: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience
Previous experience working in a Client Service position in a relevant field
More than two years of work experience loading, unloading, restraining, and handling horses
