Fetch of Southwest Florida is looking for experienced, talented, and compassionate individuals to join our Client Services Team. Our CSR Team are the ones who make the magic happen in our hospitals. Our CSRs are the first and last person a client sees for each visit and the one who helps facilitate communication between clients and the veterinarian.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Specialty and Emergency hospital and to be a part of our privately owned veterinary family.

• OUTSTANDING communication skills both written and verbal are a MUST.
• Patient and attentive to our client's as well as our staff's needs
• Candidates will work with experienced technicians, assistants, and a dedicated support staff, all committed to excellent patient and client care.
• Other desired qualities include, motivated, compassionate, and can multitask effectively, ability to handle multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, and work in a fast- paced environment

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

• Compassionate, collaborative, and professional
• High School Diploma Required; College Degree Preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Veterinary Experience preferred
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed
• Knowledge of Ezyvet is helpful
