We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate. As a vital member of our customer service department, you will assist our valued customers in resolving inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals and customer service metrics.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and escalate as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Uphold a positive and customer-focused attitude while delivering exceptional service.
- Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
- Adapt and learn new technologies and systems to efficiently assist customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
