At Undercover Tourist, an EBG Company, we take great pride in our Customer Service Team, as great customer service creates repeat customers! Our customer service representatives operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with time-sensitive products to meet the needs of our customers.


Requirements include strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, exercise sound judgment within established guidelines, and maintain a calm, helpful, and patient demeanor with our customers. We are an internet-based company, so computer literacy is a must.


Our top priority is handling customer calls, chats, and emails, and the ability to communicate with our customers using proper vocabulary and grammar is very important. We assist our customers with the navigation of our website, questions, and concerns, as well as help to guide them toward the product that best fits their needs and those of their families. The position also includes processing and fulfillment of customer orders.


Responsibilities:


  • Accepting and addressing incoming customer calls
  • Maintaining an understanding of current products and vendors
  • Processing and shipping of orders
  • Assisting customers via online chats and emails
  • Providing our customers with accurate information
  • Notation and follow-through for all customer interactions
  • Reviewing customer orders for accuracy and security flags
  • Assessing customer complaints and requests


Qualifications


Skills:


  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Bi-Lingual preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Active listening and problem solving
  • Customer service mentality
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
