Overview A Veterinary Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients of a veterinary practice. They are the first point of contact for clients and must be knowledgeable about the practice’s services and products. They must be able to answer questions, provide information, and schedule appointments. Detailed Job Description The Veterinary Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients of a veterinary practice. They must be knowledgeable about the practice’s services and products and be able to answer questions, provide information, and schedule appointments. They must be able to handle customer complaints and provide solutions. They must be able to maintain accurate records and ensure that all client information is kept confidential. They must be able to work with a variety of animals and handle them in a safe and humane manner. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
