Responsibilities
As a Staff Accountant, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional support to our valued clients. You'll work closely with clients and team members to enhance internal and client processes, ensuring seamless financial operations.
Your Tasks Will Include
Reconciling accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounts, and inventory sub-ledgers.
Handling payroll setup, submission, review, and journal entries.
Calculating commissions and bonuses for our clients.
Managing fixed assets and computing depreciation.
Assisting the CAS client team in preparing financial statements.
Ensuring accuracy by downloading/entering revenues and expenses from banks and 3rd party applications.
Completing analysis projects as needed.
Preparing sales tax returns, payroll tax returns, and property tax returns.
Handling various client engagements efficiently and professionally.

Required Experience
2-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
Familiarity with Accounting CS is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
Experience with Bill.com is a plus.
Advanced MS Suite skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Is Required.
