Recruitment Coordinator
Contract through Randstad Sourceright
The Recruitment Coordinator will partner with assigned recruiters and will be responsible for administrative staffing tasks/processes. The principal focus of this role is to aid in the support of the recruitment team to allow the recruitment team to provide a high touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities:
- Post job descriptions for identified positions at non-University Relations supported schools.
- Collaborate with Lead Recruiter to ensure accurate data collection aligns with reporting needs.
- Ensure that appropriate candidate maintenance has been initiated and completed. Those tasks include: update candidate pipeline status within ATS, send response agents, disposition candidates, submit rehire eligibility requests, send applications, create offers.
- Update and submit relocation benefit spreadsheet to ensure timely & accurate payout and provide relocation reports as needed for business functions.
- Partner with assigned recruiters on requisition and approval path creation (typically bulk creation).
- Assist recruiters with their recruiting efforts as requested (phone screen, pre-qualify candidates).
- Schedule, track, and update interview details within ATS
- Schedule/coordinate high volume of interviews.
- Assist with administrative tasks of the team.

Experience/Skills Required:
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must possess excellent relationship management skills, with a high level of customer service orientation.
- Must work as a collaborative team player, providing flexible and efficient service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 1 to 3 years related experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator, supporting Recruiter(s) in a high-volume recruiting environment, with multiple shifting priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be detail oriented, possess exceptional organizational/prioritization and follow through skills, have the ability to multitask, and manage the demands of simultaneous processes while still operating with a sense of urgency and thoroughness.
