The position is responsible for coordination of all international shipments (air, ocean, etc.) for Carnival Cruise Line. It coordinates and processes shipments and custom documents for import & export to CCL Fleet.
Essential Function
  • Communicate and arrange with the carriers for pickup of goods
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned by Sr Logistic Manager
  • Ensure all Custom forms (7512) are arrived and exported in a timely manner as per CBP procedure
  • Maintain import file per Carnival procedure and customs regulations
  • Coordinate international hazmat orders for review and documentation
  • Liaise with other departments and warehouse to establish and maintain effective and relevant export/import activities
  • Verify and issue delivery orders to airlines, ocean carriers and custom brokers for international shipments
  • Coordinate and prepare the necessary documentation and custom forms for the efficient and lawful execution of all import/export activities
Qualifications
  • Minimal or no travel
  • 2+ years Experience in CBP transactions including bond issuance and closure, Preferred
  • Remote – must live on East Coast
  • Robust Excel, AMS, Editrade or other Custom’s platform
  • Bachelor’s Degree - Business/Logistics, Preferred
The hourly range for this role is from $18.00 - $22.00. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
