Description

As a CELSIUS TikTok Coordinator, you will be a valuable member of the Marketing team. You will be reporting to the Marketing Media Manager and be assisting with the CELSIUS strategy, execution, and creation of content on the TikTok platform while ensuring all campaigns are on-time and relevant KPI’s are achieved or exceeded.

This is an on-site, full-time position at the CELSIUS HQ in Boca Raton, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Stay Up to Date on New Features, Trends, and Functionality Improvements on the TikTok platform
• Collaborate with wider social team on larger social objectives when needed. Specifically, working with Brand Ambassador Coordinator to expand the program with more TikTok deliverables
• Work closely with Cross-Functional Marketing Teams to assist with the development of the CELSIUS TikTok overall strategy
• Work closely with Influencer team to vet new TikTok Brand Partners and Brand Ambassadors
• Perform A/B Testing, performance monitoring on creative components & optimize based on outcomes
• Attend applicable CELSIUS events to create content for owned social platforms and paid media
• Work with Marketing Media Manager on partner negotiations across all platforms to ensure deals are 360 degrees across marketing functions
• Work with Trade Marketing to ensure the proper retailers are receiving organic media support across TikTok
• Ensure strategies align with overall marketing/brand business objectives
• Assist and drive strategy by spotting new trends and creatives, both for talent, Brand Partners, and Brand Ambassadors. This includes writing briefs for specific TikTok Brand Partner Talent.

Education and Qualification:

• Obsession of social trends. Know what’s relevant (or not) to our brand’s audience.
• Creative thinking in and outside the box and a proactive approach.
• Experience in social media management and creation of engaging content for TikTok
• Able to capture and produce your own video content on TikTok
• Flexibility to sometimes work outside standard working hours when required.
• Superb copywriting skills - able to adapt to brand’s tone of voice
• Video editing skills, both within TikTok and computer software-based, specifically for TikTok content
