Who We’re Looking for

We are looking for an addition to our creative team who will take on the management of User-generated Content. Ideally, you have experience with an in-house creative or marketing team and in collaborating with content creators. As our UGC content specialist, your primary role will be to lead all aspects of UGC Content Creation, from organization to conception, to cross-functional requirements thru scopes of work, coordinating resources, managing workloads, communicating status updates, and ensuring the successful delivery of expected deliverables.

The successful candidate for this contract role may work up to 40 hours per week, with an initial contract length of three (3) months. There is a possibility of an extension or conversion to a permanent role in the future.

Responsibilities

• Carefully review incoming projects and content briefs to validate that all required fields are defined
• Ensure quality assurance by communicating deliverables with creators and ensuring the brief is properly executed.
• Maintain frequent communication of overall project status with key stakeholders through formal status meetings
• Review and evaluate briefs in terms of needs and schedules, while providing creative solutions for challenging situations with varying degrees of complexity
• Conduct an initial round of review and feedback on creative work.
• Submit briefs through preferred platforms for UGC creative.
• Work with video editors to improve UGC content when needed
• Maintain vigilance at all times on in-progress and outgoing briefs, to ensure asset review and delivery deadlines are met in a timely manner
• Support all Creative initiatives by applying project management methodology to outline and execute end-to-end project briefs and project plans
• Clearly define objectives, stakeholders, resources, outcomes, and measurable success metrics
• Iterate timeline development with pre-defined deliverables, due dates, and key milestones

Requirements:

• Proven ability to navigate deadlines, quick turnarounds, and high-pressure situations
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and Airtable
• 4+ years of experience in project management, for an in-house marketingor creative agency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience in the creative development process
• Team player with excellent people skills & the ability to negotiate cross-functionally
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects of low to medium complexity, while handling multiple concurrent projects and ensuring successful completion
• Attentive to detail and in-tune with problem-solving, while ensuring consistent communication
• Solidunderstanding of project management principles

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, and/or related field
• Certification in project management
