About The Temp Events Marketing Manager At Headspace

The Events Marketing Manager will oversee tradeshow sponsorships, virtual events and Headspace hosted events. This role will be focused primarily on acquiring new customers and building relationships with prospects and consultants at events nationwide. The role will be a part of the Growth Marketing team and work closely with sales, client marketing and creative. This person will need to be detail oriented, work well under pressure and deadlines and work well cross functionally.

This is a temporary role until the EOY 2023 with potential to extend.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

• Manage collateral, swag and booth inventory with external vendors and ensure materials are delivered to both marketing and sales hosted events.
• Leverage Hubspot/Salesforce pre and post events for follow-up and tracking.
• Plan and manage Headspace's presence at industry events (both virtual and in-person) to create new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales pipeline and deepen our existing customer relationships.
• Some travel may be required
• Execute on Headspace hosted events regionally to increase brand awareness and drive new leads in target regions or in target accounts.
• Manage end-to-end event coordination with vendors, agencies and cross-functional team support including: booth design, materials creation, contract negotiation, event messaging/marketing, promotional items, vendor management and post-event follow up.
• Own post-campaign analysis and deliver wrap-up reports, ROI analysis, and generate learnings for improvement and optimization

What You’ve Accomplished

• Experience working in health tech or HR tech is a plus.
• Comfortable working with remote teams located in multiple regions across the globe
• Stellar project management skills
• You're organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Experience working in high-growth, B2B start-up environments
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ years of event marketing experience with 1-2 years of demand generation experience
• Strong, quick critical and creative thinker, with a solutions oriented mindset
• Great collaboration and communication skills to work with all types of teams and personalities
