About The Role


We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven, motivated Field & Events Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the promotion, coordination, execution and detailed follow-up analyses of in-person events that will drive revenue and successful results. The Field & Event Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to determine event strategy and handle full-cycle event logistics. The Field & Event Marketing Manager will have a deep understanding of revenue driven segmentation, measuring qualified pipeline leads tracked to revenue, and evaluate field marketing and event impact on revenue targets.


Key Job Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage promotion of events while managing event budgets
  • Analyze event data to influence future marketing strategies
  • Partner with and manage external vendors and third-party event sponsorship opportunities based on market reach and audience relevance
  • Manage lead imports, follow-up and reporting on qualified pipeline tracked to revenue
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute strategic events
  • Develop and implement guidelines, protocols and playbooks for field events
  • Develop and execute pre-event targeting and priming activities, social events, etc.
  • Oversee the logistics and budget for each event/campaign including detailed timelines, project deadlines, promotion, ordering and shipping assets and swag, and pre-and post-event communications (internal and external)
  • Travel to most events for set-up, coordination, execution and breakdown


Preferred Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of field marketing/event marketing experience
  • Deep understanding of ways to impact the customer’s journey
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Live near a major airport for easy travel to events
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Project Management, Market data and analytics tools (Google Suite, Slack, Canva, Hubspot, Monday)
  • You love being part of a highly-energized team
  • Able to work EST or CDT hours (starting at 9am)
  • Experience with Property Management industry
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, share ideas and success
  • Highly creative and process-driven
