Democratize Access To Credit

Those individuals then stand to save over $200,000 in reduced lifetime interest payments, build home equity by qualifying for mortgages, and build wealth by passing job screening requirements. The transformational impact of this cannot be understated.
Marketing Management Team
We are building a best-in-class marketing team to establish Esusu as the category leader in rent reporting within the real estate industry while also building a trusted brand that consumers can use to build their financial wealth. We are looking for strategic, creative, and passionate candidates to build marketing strategies to attract and retain customers while expanding Esusu’s brand.
The challenge
We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing operations freelancer to help improve our existing marketing tech stack, salesforce and pardot (account engagement) installation, and our analytics and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for improving our activity tracking, tracking marketing pipeline contribution, and implementing better lead attribution. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot.
Responsibilities:
- Improve activity tracking and lead attribution to properly track contribution to closed deals
- Develop reports and dashboards to track marketing and sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and address any issues with the marketing tech stack
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the performance of our Salesforce and Pardot installation
- Migrate our inbound lead process to Pardot forms in place of Salesforce Web-to-Lead and optimize our ChiliPiper inbound leads
- Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are using the marketing tech stack effectively
- Work with demand gen to create lead nurture campaign strategy and execution and implement designed templates
- Review lead-routing strategy and implement suggested improvements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement)
- Salesforce certification is a plus
- Ability to lead improvements and projects from start to finish
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce customizations, workflows, and reporting
- Experience with custom objects and automations
- Experience with Gravity forms, Wordpress, and ChiliPiper a plus
