Manager, Marketing Events Strategy and Oversight

About The Role

This position will drive Government Solutions Marketing and events’ approach to public sector sales and pursuits by drawing upon expertise in managing event strategy and execution. This role requires a track record of building successful marketing strategies, marketing events execution and delivering business results through marketing.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and providing business insights, data, and industry experience to highlight company strengths, develop strong value propositions, and optimize Conduent’s positioning with public sector clients and government officials to position for and win deals.
• Working with internal stakeholders to follow identified processes, procedures, and salesforce management of marketing campaigns.
• Managing the end-to-end content strategy for specific workstreams for Go-To-Market deliverables as needed outside of Event strategy work.
• Serving as a steward for sound judgment, prioritized activities, and thoughtful decision making, mentorship, and collaboration.
• Leading and driving planning and proactive event execution for all government lines of business.

Requirements

• Exhibit ability to function and work cross-functionally with different stakeholder groups to help deliver results.
• Experience with payment processing helpful
• Able to understand the value of data analytics and market research for storytelling and positioning the company.
• Possess experience partnering with consultants and lobbyists to gather, develop, and act on business intelligence in real-time, as well as drive opportunities.
• Shows 10 years of marketing or events marketing experience.
• Display a bias toward proactive action and asking clarifying questions.
• Have expertise in marketing strategy and delivering business results from marketing influence.
• Demonstrate high standards for ethics, accountability, teamwork, humility, and ownership.
