Senior Recruiter Running a full recruiting Desk (Executive Recruiter)

Job functions:

• The Senior Recruiter will work alongside the leadership team to oversee the hiring and training of new Executive Recruiters.

• This person will source, screen, and interview potential candidates, including virtual, face-to-face, and phone interviews for current and future positions.

• Lead 4–6-month training for all new hire recruiters.

• Train new hires on all facets of the business, including new business development, account management, and recruiting.

• Work with the leadership team to plan and lead lunch & training.

• Initiate the hiring process to include extending verbal offers, arranging personality tests, and background checks.

• Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

• Participate in and develop special projects to enhance and improve the recruiting department's functions.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple projects

• Proficient with MS Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting deadlines

• 2+ years of full-desk recruiting experience

• Bachelor's Degree required
