Job Description

Job Title: HRIS Associate (part-time)- Workday Consultant

Location: Remote (USA)

Compensation: $50.00-$60.00/hr

Who we’re looking for:

  • Partner with our Workday team to build and implement job and market data systems and infrastructure
  • Managing any of the workday load processes (individual or batch uploads)
  • Liaising with the Workday team on timelines, dates, uploads, bugs, report links
  • Working with end users to answer Workday questions and challenges
  • Auditing uploads and data in Workday
  • Looping in appropriate comp partner, receiving new data, liaising with the Workday team or editing employee attributes in Workday directly
  • Responding to requests to change employee attributes in Workday


To be successful you have:

  • Comfort working with large data sets through Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Experience working with, updating, and changing employee data in Workday
