We are a 350-person engineering firm seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting processes across nine national offices. The individual will develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage the recruitment process, and build strong relationships with internal managers and external partners. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, and a track record of attracting and selecting qualified candidates across various disciplines, geographic locations, and levels.

Examples Of Responsibilities


  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Contribute to our public outreach efforts to attract talent.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Requirements


Required Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in ATS (Paylocity preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other similar tools.
  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in utilizing various recruitment channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting civil and structural engineers in multiple geographic locations is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities.
  • 5+ years of success in filling positions with high-quality candidates.
  • HR or recruiting certification preferred.
  • Experience working in large, growing consulting engineering firms (300+ employees) preferred.
  • Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
