- This role is based in Hudson, New Hampshire, and you will be working on-site three days each week

- Expertly use our ATS and related workflows
- Manage the process of completing and updating compliant and accurate job descriptions for each role
- Conduct thorough references and background checks for each hire
- Ensure all hiring managers are educated and equipped to use our recruiting and hiring tools as intended
- Manage the consistently effective process of announcing new hires
- Gather market and industry data to ensure our roles and compensation are competitive
- Deliver a diverse candidate pool through traditional and new channels
- Use innovative, highly effective branded recruiting content and tools
- Write and deliver offer letters to chosen candidates
- Share results of recruiting efforts quarterly using a talent dashboard
- Conduct post-hire surveys and use data to improve the new employee experience
- Use candidate and hiring manager feedback to constantly improve and simplify all talent processes
- Communicate with all candidates, verbally and in writing, consistent with Life is Good brand standards
- Proactively acquire all the first-day-of-work tools and assets in time for a great first-day experience
- Ensure fair, equitable hiring practices are in place, understood, and upheld
- You build the skills, experience, and judgment of hiring managers
- You understand and can simply explain the key requirements for each role in a mid-sized lifestyle brand
- You are skilled at training hiring managers to interview and evaluate candidates
- You are a natural storyteller and can help others envision what you are describing
- You have successfully recruited talented people for all functional areas and job types in a related industry
- You demonstrate interviewing, listening skills, and excellent judgment
- You ask relevant, thought-provoking questions and listen carefully
- Your warmth and enthusiasm come through immediately and authentically through your voice and demeanor
