About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for multiple functions and/ or countries, driving recruitment strategies and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent to the organization. Will leverage the experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Identifies and proposes simple changes to local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, mainly for G7 to 9 (but not limited to).
  • Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/ or HRBPs.
  • Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organization.
  • Influence peers, mentoring other members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.
  • Coordinate the offer process aligned to the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.
  • Drive candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and developing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.

Preferred

  • Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
  • Experience with Workday
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Working knowledge of Agile TA methodology
