It's an exciting time to be part of the IFF Human Resources Team! We are looking for a motivated Talent Management professional to propel our talent strategies, develop workforce plans and build a strong internal talent pipeline for IFF's Corporate Functions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to execute a strategic Talent Review process across multiple business units, provide support to management in succession planning, partner with IFF’s HR COE’s, and influence and consult at the C-Suite level. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an organization that values the development of its employees and encourages a culture of growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Global HR Business Partners and senior leaders in defining capacity and capability requirements by assessing the current and future needs of IFF’s talent and developing an actionable strategy to meet the organization’s needs.
  • Understand organizational culture and role succession needs, as well as employee concerns and needs by engaging with leaders and employees.
  • Ensure succession plans are robust and diverse. Establish success profiles that articulate critical role requirements and identify short- and long-term successors for critical roles. Ensure development plans are in place and implemented to ensure strong and diverse talent pipelines within the organization.
  • Work with the Talent and Inclusion COE on leadership development programs (coaching, assessments, memberships etc.), creating a deeper understanding of organizational culture.
  • Partner with peers and the Talent and Inclusion COE to develop talent processes and tools aligned with our Talent Philosophy. Identify successors for critical roles and develop succession plans for identified successors. Track and manage measures of success, provide feedback to the Talent and Inclusion COE to support continuous process improvement, and ensure global consistency of talent management across IFF.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong teamwork, collaboration, and cross-cultural skills.
  • Develop and manage relationships with business leaders, C-Suite executives, and all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interest and capability in talent management and development.
  • A college/university degree with at least five years of experience in a learning and development or HR generalist role with strong focus on talent management, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Demonstrated results orientation with a continuous improvement mindset, and high level of energy/passion.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
