Dottridge Talent Management specializes in producing and packaging artists for success in the entertainment industry. Our mission is to discover and develop talent that can entertain and inspire the world. We work with a variety of clients across music, film, and entertainment industries.


Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Talent Manager. The Talent Manager will be responsible for assisting talent managers and agents in day-to-day management and representation of clients. This includes researching, identifying, and developing new talent; coordinating talent submissions; and overseeing the scheduling of client auditions and meetings. The Talent Manager will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge, trends, and contacts.


Qualifications

  • Experience in talent management, agency, or related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or Entertainment Business preferred
  • Understanding of entertainment industry, including talent representation, development, and marketing
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
