Overview:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Talent Acquisition Specialist source, recruit, and hire for medical scribe openings for onsite and virtual positions across the nation. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as a partner to the Talent Acquisition Lead to meet the goals of the region.
Responsibilities: - Attend job fairs to recruit talent in person.
- Developing sustainable sourcing strategies and techniques to attract, screen and engage active and passive candidates.
- Execute full cycle recruitment, including but not limited to candidate experience, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring trainers, as well as other positions for virtual and onsite clients (may include medical scribes).
- Serving as a strategic partner with TA Lead to understand business objectives, growth strategies and hiring needs in order to develop strategic recruitment plans, as well as overcoming roadblocks.
- Key performance indicator 20 to 30 hires per month
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to document and track all steps of the recruitment process. Ensuring candidates are given the proper disposition, and ensuring documentation is current and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college in Business Management or Human Resources preferred.
- 3 years administrative experience required within recruiting.
- Great at being a team player with interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Experience with ATS, Sourcing, Marketing, and recruitment tools.

Performance is assessed in a written format at the end of the 90-day probationary period. The job duties listed in this job description may not be inclusive of all requirements of this position. Other duties may be assigned based on management discretion.
