Talent Acquisition Specialist Jobs

Candidate must be in EST (Eastern Time Zone) Preferably near Philly, Baltimore, DC Area

• Helps to facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates by working closely with recruiting and operations team.
• Scheduling interviews for qualified candidates with recruiters and FHA team members.
• Gathers candidate background information, enters information into CRM system, and maintains notes on correspondence with the candidates.
• Assisting with the onboarding process including but not limited to:
• Evaluate candidates’ resumes against job requirements.
• Source and identify leads for open positions through various channels including internet job boards, internet data research, resume databases, associations, networking, and more.
• Other duties assigned
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

1. Designing employee welcome kits
2. Processing paperwork, like tax documents, employee contacts and nondisclosure agreements
3. Emailing relevant training links and providing login information for company accounts
4. Connecting new hires with IT personnel who can assist with hardware and software setup
5. Administering any paperwork or materials employees need to begin their tasks
6. Answering new hire questions
7. Delivering presentations or demonstrations for new hires
8. Ensuring completion of onboarding training

Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills
