Description


  • Develop and enhance and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains and analyzes statistical recruitment and retention data monthly.
  • Manage vendor relationships for recruitment advertisements and analyzes results to determine the most effective advertising sources.
  • Ensure that the Applicant Tracking System is effectively administered and updated.
  • Draft and review submitted drafts of job descriptions, ensuring final versions meet Agency and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with schools and other potential sources of candidates.
  • Ensure recruitment initiatives and processes comply with Agency policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State Regulations.
  • Design and develop recruitment collateral materials.
  • Evaluate and communicate key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop the annual recruiting budget with respect to recruitment advertising and event planning; monitor use of recruitment funds and stays within budget limits.
  • Manage and develop multiple recruiters and coordinators.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage members of the talent acquisition team.
  • Work with management and operations leaders to forecast workforce needs and identify sources of qualified candidates to fill both current and future vacancies.
  • Execute a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer.
  • Perform hands-on full lifecycle recruiting in addition to team oversight.
  • Keeps current on the latest recruitment trends and utilizes technology to source and maintain communication with applicants.
  • Develop talent pipelines and relevant key relationships with schools, community groups, and other sources of candidates as well as advertisement and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
