  • Partner with People Tech/HRIS/IT to ensure technology solutions enable and enhance performance elevation within the rhythm of the business - with a focus on simplicity and scale.
  • Oversee the ongoing performance elevation process ensuring all leaders and employees are equipped and engaged in all aspects of performance elevation (goal setting, check-ins, feedback, ratings, calibration, promotions, development planning, etc.).
  • Redesign & enhance our goal-setting approach to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness for individuals, teams, and overall organization.
  • Lead the ongoing performance evolution from our current bi-annual process to an always-on/ongoing cadence that supports high performance and more progressive talent solutions at each phase of the employee journey.

Your Experience

  • Exceptional stakeholder management/influencing skills required.
