Job Title: People Technology Analyst III (100% remote)

Manage regression testing for Workday releases

• 3-4 years relevant hands-on Workday experience with HCM, Security, Reporting and Advance Compensation

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

Manage user access requests and other support requests submitted by users.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel

Ability to apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals

B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $76,000 or more depending on experience

Working knowledge of human resources management practices and principles.

Determine allocation of resources and installation schedules; prepare feasibility studies; determine operating characteristics and requirements; monitor and report progress of work.

Experience thriving in a continually evolving and fast-paced environment.

Experience working with human resources technology systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, SumTotal).

Excellent communication skills, and ability to comprehend and apply professional journals, manuals, and literature.

Experience with formal software development life cycle methodologies.

Takes in requirements from business analysts and documents technical requirements

Assesses configuration options to meet requirements and specifications

Applies increasing knowledge in system features and technology standards

3+ years systems analysis experience

1-3 years HRIS systems analysis experience (ideally Workday, Dayforce)

Expertise in writing technical requirements and documentation

Create and maintain documentation for data management and systems processes, including job aids, SOPs, etc.

Manage People system access and maintain accurate employee data

Perform regular data entry and imports to support people and payroll processes

Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements

3+ years of direct work experience supporting HR information systems including 1+ years of Workday specific experience

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot table, vLookup, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint / Google Slides skills
