Overview People Systems Analyst is a professional who is responsible for managing and maintaining the systems used to support the human resources department. They are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data stored in the systems, as well as developing and implementing new systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the HR department. Detailed Job Description People Systems Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the systems used to support the human resources department. They are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data stored in the systems, as well as developing and implementing new systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the HR department. They must be able to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve the effectiveness of the HR department. They must also be able to communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of new systems and processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of database management systems
