Senior People Systems Analyst Jobs

Experience and knowledge of current HRIS technical best practices, policies, and procedures.

Liaising with People Systems Manager and system administrators on system implementation & supporting User Acceptance testing.

Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements.

Demonstrated experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving.

More than 5 years’ experience working in HRIS / HR operations.

Experience with the principles and techniques of report writing, database tables, and systems integration.

Strong problem solving and time management skills.

Facilitate organization change management. Communication plans, conduct end user training and create supporting documentation.

Workday, Benefits & Accrual experience preferred.

Comfortable communicating with all levels of management. Strong ability to handle a multitude of competing priorities.

Facilitate Upgrades UAT and the optional features review of People Experience technology platforms with stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university or equivalent experience required.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel

Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $76,000 or more depending on experience

Takes in requirements from business analysts and documents technical requirements

Assesses configuration options to meet requirements and specifications

Applies increasing knowledge in system features and technology standards

3+ years systems analysis experience

1-3 years HRIS systems analysis experience (ideally Workday, Dayforce)

Expertise in writing technical requirements and documentation

Strong problem solving and time management skills.

Experience in the following functional areas: HCM (Onboarding, Recruiting, Core Compensation, Benefits), Absence Management, Time Tracking, Core Payroll and Non-Studio Integrations;

Ensure the on-time, high quality delivery of Workday solutions applying agile and product management methods

Handle Workday support cases, community brainstorms, tenant management and training

Continue to grow Workday and HRIS Industry knowledge and keep Workday and other necessary certifications current

Serve as a subject matter expert and effectively communicate Workday capabilities

Minimum 6 years+ of Workday configuration and integration experience and participation in at minimum 2 full lifecycles of Workday implementations;

5+ years systems analysis experience; related work in software solutions definition/development is required

Confirmed experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.

Strong data analysis skills including querying, profiling, and analyzing data.

Financial Services experience is preferred.

Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills including written, verbal, and technology illustrations.

Capable of articulating a business problem/requirement in technology terms

Hands-on configurations experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform required, including case management, knowledge base management and portal management required.

8+ years of professional experience in product management or technology implementations.

Experience with Agile methodology, design thinking or product management standard processes.

Perform vendor management activities including contract management and critical issues; where appropriate, coordinate vendor activities to ensure project success.

Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable, transparent product roadmap.

Experience working in a global company is preferred.
