Job Details


We are looking for a SVP of Alliances and Global Business Development to join our rapidly growing pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will have experience leading business development within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on strategy, R&I and partnerships. Additionally this person must have nuclear medicine and/or radio pharmaceutical experience, pharmaceutical launch experience and experience leading a global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead the company's efforts in developing strategic alliances and partnerships that will drive growth and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the launch of new products and services, including developing go-to-market strategies and driving commercial success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
  • Develop and execute a global business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the radio pharma industry
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Negotiate and execute partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and government agencies
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners and alliances to support the company's growth initiatives


Qualifications


  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on strategy, R&I, partnerships, nuclear medicine, and global launch
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies and partnerships
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred
