Title: SVP, Head of Marketing

Reports to: SVP, Clover

What You Will Do

• Develop and lead high-impact strategies to increase customer acquisition and customer growth, increase brand recognition and merchant engagement.
• Drive demand generation for digital acquisition and optimize performance through testing, media optimization and lead optimization.
• Be a champion storyteller and customer advocate, and develop and evangelize the customer value proposition, determine pricing and packaging across
• Identify and develop opportunities to engage customers through analytics, segmentation and marketing automation.
• Partner with Channel marketing and sales teams to drive new clients through strategic digital media, content, and campaigns.
• Manage a Marketing team responsible for brand, social media, content, growth, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations in a fast paced environment.
• Manage and enhance our martech stack to create leverage across our business.
• Be a member of the Clover senior leadership team, where you will contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the business.

What You Will Need To Have

• Proven track record of producing KPIs to manage and predict business outcomes.
• Flexibility and comfort in working within dynamic, matrix-driven global organizations.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed and collaborative environment.
• Experience with developing and executing strategies in high growth businesses.
• Understanding of and experience with managing martech tools to optimize performance.
• A similar tenure leading creative and content producers for a digitally forward company, including earned media and organic social.
• Full stack marketing experience across all marketing disciplines.
• At least 10 years of experience leading digital demand generation, product marketing, brand and client engagement strategies.
