Your Role in Our Team: Supply Chain Coordinator
Are you ready to take the first step in your supply chain career? We're looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Coordinator to join our ranks. In this role, you'll dive into the heart of our supply chain processes and handle essential administrative tasks. What You'll Be Doing
Collaborating with our experts to develop production and inventory management plans that ensure material and finished goods demands are met.
Uncovering and addressing current and potential product shortages by crafting and implementing recovery strategies.
Taking the reins in creating and managing manufacturing orders based on our inventory plans.
Playing a key role in coordinating international logistics, working closely with vendors and partners to ensure seamless production and delivery cycles.
Keeping our data accurate and up-to-date by maintaining our SAGE and Netstock systems.
Safeguarding the integrity of our Bill of Material (BOM) while assisting in managing inventory accuracy.
Contributing to cost-saving initiatives in both local and international supply chains.
Playing an active role in refining and optimizing supply chain processes and standard operating procedures.
Generating timely and precise reports that support decision-making.
Serving as a go-to contact for various transactional inquiries from internal stakeholders.
And, of course, embracing any other tasks that come your way as part of our dynamic team.
Your Qualifications
An Associate's Degree or higher (preferred but not required).
A solid 1 - 3 years of office experience, ideally in a related industry.
Advanced computer skills, with a strong command of Excel.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to grasp complex concepts.
A knack for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in your work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with systems like SAGE and Netstock.
Exposure to the global supply chain industry.
Fluency in Mandarin (a plus!).
