As a Project Manager with Agile experience, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the creation of client SOWs, proposals, and project management for large-scale software applications and platforms. Working with a team of talented designers, developers, and engineers, you'll collaborate with clients, partners, and vendors to deliver classified and unclassified projects that push the boundaries of AI technology.
Your Responsibilities
Implement and continually improve Agile & Scrum practices, creating a premier Agile organization for efficient project management.
Manage all aspects of client projects, from crafting SOWs to guiding projects through the Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring on-time delivery, high-quality output, and client satisfaction.
Engage with internal teams to create compelling contract documents, PowerPoint presentations, and demos for client proposals and updates.
Lead and inspire your project team, ensuring seamless coordination and successful completion of tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
Foster strong client relationships, addressing any questions or concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
Extract and analyze project requirements to establish resource allocation, timelines, and project management tools.
Champion security requirements for classified and unclassified projects, adhering to company, DoD, and NSIP standards.
Implement metrics and reporting systems to track project statistics and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Create project charters to communicate project milestones, goals, and progress with clarity.
Oversee project hours and budgets, promptly escalating any issues to management.
Be prepared to travel up to 20% for project-related activities.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Agile Scrum Master in software development projects.
Technical experience with managing multiple projects and resources in software and development projects.
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Kanban Board.
Proficiency in managing software development projects with technologies such as JavaScript, React, Unity, C#, Node.js.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!)
Experience with government contract projects.
Agile/Scrum Master Certification.
Previous work experience as an engineer or software developer.
