Responsibilities
As a Technical Analyst, you'll be a key player in our success, contributing to the implementation of technology solutions that enable effective data analysis, reporting, and system integration. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient data flow through mapping data elements between various systems.
Defining reporting requirements, data visualizations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Identifying integration points between systems and defining integration requirements for seamless data exchange and process automation.
Creating detailed technical specifications and working closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
Analyzing existing systems, processes, and data structures to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
Actively engaging with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Creating comprehensive technical documentation, including data dictionaries, process flows, and system diagrams.
Minimum Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or in a similar role, working with data mapping, reporting requirements, integration, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in data mapping tools, reporting tools, and integration platforms. Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and create comprehensive documentation.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering open communication and mutual support.
Education and Location:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Local to Washington, D.C. preferred. Remote work with on-site visits as requested by the client.
