What You'll Do
Gather, manage, and analyze information with precision, maintaining impeccable records in our data management systems.
Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Swiftly and accurately input data into our systems, while conducting quality control and making necessary corrections.
Be a proactive problem solver, tackling data issues, and finding missing information through industry research and web searches.
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in data coding, which significantly impacts our products and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with our Support team, sharing valuable feedback related to data and information flow.
Identify areas for improvement in data processes, contributing to the development of innovative strategies.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of data entry experience, with coding experience (medical coding is acceptable).
Bonus Points: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Suite.
Ability to apply effective record-keeping procedures, emphasizing electronic document and records management.
