About The Role
Taskrabbit is looking for a Fulfillment and Logistics Specialist to join its New Ventures Operations team. The Operations team is responsible for delivering a positive experience for our customers and supply base through consistent coordination and support. This role is focused on enhancing processes and executing playbooks to drive our core business funnel goals, and is an instrumental pillar in our growth plans.
What You'll Work On:

• Problem solve and support Supply operations in-real time to ensure customer and supply success
• Assist with scheduling drivers, coordinating routes, and making adjustments as needed to ensure efficient delivery operations
• Help to manage the performance of our Users, including monitoring their on-time performance, handling any issues that arise during deliveries, and providing feedback to drivers and cross functional stakeholders
• Assist with driver recruitment efforts, including sourcing Drivers, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating between teams to ensure our Users are successfully activated
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management
• Onboard new Users, assisting with conducting orientation sessions, and providing education on delivery expectations and standards
• Help to maintain accurate records of driver activities, including hours worked, deliveries made, and any incidents or accidents that occur
• Drive the successful completion of bookings - be a utility player and do what it takes to get the job done

Your Areas Of Expertise:

• Ability to problem solve in real-time and own the problem through to resolution
• Resilience and flexibility to adapt to an ambiguous and constantly changing environment
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel, as needed
• Proactive attitude as we grow the business and we uncover more unknowns
