Junior Supply Chain Associate – GBSC (12 Months)

What You Will Learn
Work with business partners to optimize processes and systems to achieve a balanced inventory network and optimize service level. Identify opportunities to eliminate the manual intervention required to meet the customer’s expected service level. Influence decision making in performance improvement and resolve obstacles. Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop best in class service rate.
What We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and interpret data
• Candidates must have received a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months OR must have graduated with a Master’s degree within the last 12 months with no gap more than 5 months in education history. Degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or other quantitative business discipline preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of supply chain experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (specially Excel and PowerPoint)

• Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail
• Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes while prioritizing to meet deadlines
• Strong problem solving skills to troubleshoot issues
• Strong communication skills, communicate effectively and work well in team structures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and to prioritize tasks
