The Role

You’ll be supporting supply chain, logistics, and general operations of the team. Like every role on an early-stage team, they’ll be a good amount of rolling up your sleeves early on, but this role is a high-growth opportunity to lead and build the way we efficiently deliver products and support our fast-growing customer base. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 1-2 years of work experience.

• You’ll collaborate with our external supply chain teams and consultants and our internal CX team to manage and oversee key projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• You’ll coordinate deliveries with our 3rd party warehouse and keep an eye on inventory.
• You’ll coordinate with our manufacturer and freight forwarder to import inventory.
• You’ll develop operational processes to ensure Hearth is running at top productivity and performance.
• You’ll collaborate with our leadership team to improve supply chain efficiencies, including exploring additional international manufacturers.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• You can build and launch processes from the ground up.
• You’re keen to grow your skills alongside a growing company.
• You’re a self-starter who is excited to lead projects and own your work stream.
• You are an operator at heart. Experience in supply chain is preferred, but not required.
• You have strong attention to detail and care about the big and small things.
• You’re willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in at an early stage of business.

Compensation

• We offer a competitive salary ($60,000 - $80,000)
• We offer health insurance and other team benefits
• Compensation commensurate with experience
