Sr Inventory & Supply Planner

Bolthouse Farms is a vertically integrated farm company that specializes in refrigerated beverages. It is headquartered in Bakersfield, California and sells its products nationwide. This role is specifically focused on the beverage part of the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory levels, planning and scheduling production, and managing the supply chain to ensure that our products are efficiently manufactured, distributed, and available to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Monitor movement of materials through purchasing, storage, production, and retail distribution
• Support end to end execution of new product launches
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to address capacity and production issues in support of business growth and sustainability
• Support monthly S&OP by bringing up key issues/improvements
• Track and analyze inventory levels at distribution centers
• Work with cross functional teams to analyze and reduce SMOG
• Maintain dashboard and reporting as required by the business
• Work closely with demand planner to communicate and align demand forecast with production and procurement
• Support Ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Track and report demand performance and it's impact on inventory levels
• Oversee inventory management, production Planning, and raw material planning

Qualifications

• Experience with data modeling and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Experience with inventory and production planning software
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, production planning or a related field
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Salary range: $80 - $100 per hour
