Supply Chain Senior Associate - Ism

We are looking for a Supply Chain Senior Associate to join our team!

The Supply Chain team at Lume works with both external contract manufacturers and cross functional partners (Fulfillment, Retail, R&D, Marketing, Analytics teams + more) to develop production plans, optimize inventory and ensure high customer fulfillment rates. Additionally, the team is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, including product development, supplier relationships and inbound freight to our fulfillment centers. This role will support sourcing for all In Store Merchandising projects and will help set the strategy for scaling this category.

Responsibilities:

• Manage performance of suppliers through day to day collaboration, quarterly business reviews and long term planning sessions
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Retail and Design to execute on In-Store Merchandising projects
• Lead negotiations with current & future suppliers to support our business objectives (budget compliance, cost saving opportunities, etc.)
• Lead cross-functional projects and routinely present metrics, recommendations and operational considerations to the senior team of Lume to inform the company’s strategy for In Store Merchandising
• Align the operations strategy around sourcing and identify & qualify new suppliers

• 3-5 years of professional experience in an analytical, data-driven supply chain, and/or operations role

• A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and to switch gears as required

This role can be done remotely, however there may be location constraints based on where Harry's is registered and able to employ individuals. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 , but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
